President and Owner

Nathan studied finance at the University At Buffalo’s School of Management which lead him into the financial services industry in 2003 when he joined New England Financial/MetLife. In 2008 he joined Benefit Concepts, Ltd. as a partner and later would become President and Owner of the firm in 2014. Benefit Concepts changed its name to Novity Wealth Solutions in 2016. He has obtained his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from the American College. He also partners with The Voss Group, another financial service firm with focus on business succession strategies for the Agricultural Industry. He is Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation. Nathan works with high net worth individuals to meet their financial planning objectives including building wealth through investment management, protecting wealth through risk mitigation strategies, and distributing wealth to heirs and charities using gifting strategies. Nathan mostly works with closely held family businesses in the areas of business transfer and business succession strategies ensuring the most efficient ways to protect and transfer their business.


Nathan is a resident of Clarence, NY with his wife and three children. When not spending time with his family or clients, Nathan enjoys golfing, fishing and is a diehard Bills, Sabres and soccer fan. Nathan’s community involvement includes serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors at Endeavor Heath Services, and Vice President of the Mid-Erie Foundation. He is a member of the Bradford Club and The Bradford Chamber of Commerce in Bradford, PA as well as The Better Business Bureau of WNY. 

Nathan’s industry involvement includes being a two-time Past President of the National Association of Financial Advisors (NAIFA) – Buffalo. He’s also a member of The Financial Planners Association of Western New York (FPA), A Lifetime & Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). During his tenure with MetLife Premier Client Group, he was recognized as a Leaders, Platinum, Chairman’s Conference Qualifier and an Elite Team Leader. He has achieved both Leaders and Blue Chip Council Recognition with MassMutual and has also spoken at numerous events on the topic of succession strategies for financial advisors.
